In May 2022 IFAD Goodwill Ambassador Sabrina Elba travelled to Kenya in her first solo mission to see the work IFAD is funding is helping farmers and producers adapt to the changing climate. She saw how irrigation systems, forest regeneration, local weather monitors and solar powered electric fences are helping the farmers make the most of their natural resources and in turn improve their livelihoods.
