Creative futures

The Elba Hope Foundation has partnered with youth charity The Prince’s Trust on a new project to create opportunities for young people in Manchester.

Creative Futures aims to inspire young people through the Arts across Manchester. The initiative will provide free courses from The Prince’s Trust to help young people build the skills and confidence they need to find a job, train or start a business in the creative industries.

Prince’s Trust alumnus Idris Elba was supported by The Prince’s Trust as a teenager and has continued to work closely with the charity.

The range of free courses, delivered by The Prince’s Trust, will support young people who are not in work, education or training, to find out more about careers and jobs in the creative industries, such as music, theatre, or the Arts.

Whether DJing is your passion, you want to learn more about the theatre and visual arts, or you long to turn your creative skills into a business, Creative Futures’ free courses will ignite a spark within you to help you reach your goals.

If you're aged 16 to 30, based in Manchester, and not in employment, education or training, Creative Futures courses can support you to build the skills and confidence you need to find positive opportunities in the creative industries.
